- Opens and closes the club meetings
- Holds regular executive team meetings
- Votes club’s proxy at the district conference
Vice President, Education
Moises Marin
- Creates the club’s speaking schedule and tracks member progress
- Files member achievements with Toastmasters International
- Coordinates semi-annual club contests
Vice President, Membership
Aditya Jadhav
- Greets guests and answers questions
- Prepares and distributes new member packets
- Arranges membership drives
Vice President, Public Relations
Ahmad Nahhas
- Prepares the club newsletter
- Announces upcoming club events
- Greets and welcomes guests
Secretary
Paula
- Records and distributes meeting minutes
- Corresponds with Toastmasters International
Treasurer
Traci
- Collects dues and submit quarterly reports to Toastmasters International
- Prepares the club budget
- Records expenses
Sergeant at Arms
Bill
- Configures the meeting space before each meeting
- Greets members and guests
- Maintains club supplies & count votes
