Sonja shares on not living in Italy
  • Newcomer Sonja F. gave her debut speech (Ice Breaker), entitled “Why don’t you live in Italy?” Sonja says that this is what her relatives and friends ask her when they find out she is married to a man born and raised in Italy, whose family owns a restaurant in a picturesque town. She explained why a seemingly ideal situation would not work from a practical business standpoint.
Andrew tells of his youth on the Yellowstone River
  • Fellow newbie Andrew W. delivered his Ice Breaker, entitled “Seasons of My Youth,” on what it was like to grow up in the rustic setting of Paradise Valley in Montana. Andrew painted a vivid picture of his boyhood growing up on the Yellowstone River.
  • Lisa L. led the spontaneous speaking (“Table Topics”) session with questions on food shopping. New member Tammy won Best Table Topics for the second meeting in a row with her answer on the most interesting item she’s ever bought: pure blueberry juice.
Tammy takes Table Topics twice!
